The project intends to acquire up to 200,000,000 tokens—20%—through the public curve as a disclosed longevity reserve. No purchase has occurred.

Input-context tokens are the meter, so larger authorized workloads produce larger quotes at a posted unit rate.
Every quote must state the rate, metered units, amount, expiry, destination, and settlement status.
There are no subscriptions, prepaid credits, bundles, monthly plans, or consultant tiers.
Tokenless PAYG remains a valid path; $SHRED is not required for product access.
